The Brief Tropical Storm Bertha made landfall in Louisiana on Wednesday. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the Southeast Texas coast. Tropical Storm Bertha entered Texas on Thursday afternoon as rain spread across the Gulf Coast and has since been downgraded to remnants only. All tropical storm warnings that were issued for the Galveston area to Sargent, Texas have been canceled. Arthur brought heavy rain and gusty winds to the Texas Gulf Coast in mid-June.
