Armenia's State Revenue Committee (SRC) has uncovered approximately 619 million drams in alleged hidden turnover and about 340 million drams in underreported wages. Evidence and circumstances were obtained indicating that the LLC concealed approximately 619 million drams in sales turnover between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2025. At the same time, authorities found that wages and other equivalent payments made to employees had allegedly been underreported by about 340 million drams. As a result, the company's total uncalculated and unpaid tax liabilities amounted to approximately 260 million drams. Repeated failure to comply with this requirement may also indicate offenses stipulated by Armenia's Criminal Code.
