A court has replaced the house arrest imposed on Igor Sargsyan, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation's Supreme Council who is involved in the Sacred Struggle case, with administrative supervision.
The defense based its motion to change the preventive measure on Sargsyan's health condition, noting that he had fainted several days earlier and was taken to hospital.
The prosecution opposed changing the preventive measure and, at the same time, requested that Sargsyan's house arrest be extended for another two months.
The detention imposed on Igor Sargsyan was replaced with house arrest in November 2025.
According to Armenia's Investigative Committee, participants and leaders of the Sacred Struggle movement had planned terrorist acts and actions aimed at seizing power in Armenia.
