A24 has released the first full trailer for the drama feature Misty Green, written and directed by Chris Rock. The film follows Misty (Rosalind Eleazar), an “undeniably talented actress, but her vices have derailed every attempt to revitalize her career. Rock previously directed the films Top Five (2014), I Think I Love My Wife (2007), a remake of Éric Rohmer’s 1972 film Love in the Afternoon, and Head of State (2003). Misty Green will debut at this year’s Toronto Film Festival. Check out the trailer below, and watch the film when it’s released in theatres this October.
