Navair adds Pilatus PC-24 for charter following CASA approvalnews by Yves Le Marquand July 21, 2026 Print this pageNavair has a newly arrived Pilatus PC-24 available for charter after it received approval from Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).
Rick Pegus, CEO of Navair, said the arrival of the aircraft and CASA approval represented an important step forward for the business and its customers.
Known as the ‘Super Versatile Jet’, the PC-24 combines the speed and comfort of a light business jet with the ability to operate from shorter runways.
For Australian travellers, the aircraft’s capability enables more direct access between major cities and regional destinations such as Sydney to Darwin or Adelaide to Perth in one flight.
David Scutchings, Pilatus Aircraft Australia CEO, said: “The PC-24 has established itself globally as an aircraft that redefines what customers can expect from a business jet.
