According to the June housing report from Minnesota Realtors, released last week, new listings jumped 11% statewide and 10.5% across the Twin Cities metro compared to a year ago.
"Added inventory is creating opportunities for buyers while rising demand supports sellers," Minnesota Realtors President Wendy Uzelac said in the report.
The Twin Cities metro moves to a different beat than the rest of the state, and Northern Minnesota has a rhythm all its own.
But a rising tide of listings tends to lift the whole state, and this report shows inventory climbing just about everywhere.
