Harry James PhelpsHarry James Phelps, age 77, a resident of Chocowinity, NC passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Mr. Phelps was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Whit Gurley Phelps and late Juanita Peed Phelps. Mr. Phelps served honorably in the Vietnam War as a member of our United States Army. Mr. Phelps is survived by his wife, Brenda Jo Phelps. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is honored to serve the Phelps family.
