The deputy observed the vehicle cross over the yellow line, in the direction of a head-on collision with his patrol car.
Wolff provided identification and admitted that he was driving without a license.
The deputy noted Wolff was slurring his words, had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person, had bloodshot and glassy eyes, and noted Wolff’s movement was slow and deliberate.
Wolff was placed under arrest and transported to the Missoula County Detention Facility, where he provided two breath samples: 0.175 and 0.170.
