According to Bloomberg, Carlyle is in discussions to transfer control of Anthesis to Bridgepoint Group Plc through its private credit business. Anthesis investment dates back to 2023Carlyle acquired a majority interest in the London-based sustainability advisory firm through its European private equity platform in 2023.
