If you've been following Michigan's Cyclospora outbreak, here's another twist. A Durand couple has now filed a federal lawsuit against Taco Bell and its lettuce supplier after they say they got seriously sick from eating at the Taco Bell on Lansing Road back on June 30. They're seeking more than $75,000 in damages, accusing Taco Bell and Taylor Farms of negligence, breach of warranty, and several other violations. According to the lawsuit, about 90 percent of the Michigan customers who became sick after eating at Taco Bell reported having iceberg lettuce on their food.
