FIRST ON FOX: More than 100 illegal immigrants from Haiti with convictions for violent offenses and child sex crimes in the United States were deported to their native country last week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Monday.
"Last week, ICE deported pedophiles, carjackers, drug traffickers, and perpetrators of fraud to Haiti," said DHS Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.

Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Haitians with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) cannot turn to federal courts to postpone the revocation of their legal status while challenging the Trump administration's policies.
