HBO's Hard Knocks is set to give fans a look at how the Seattle Seahawks are preparing to defend their Super Bowl LX title. A new trailer Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks provided a first look at the team's offseason ahead of the July 25 start of training camp. The latest Hard Knocks series will premiere Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 9 p.m. The 2026 edition of the series will join the Seahawks as training camp runs through Aug. 13 in Renton, Washington. The defending Super Bowl champs will then wrap up the preseason Aug. 28 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
