Veteran linebacker Jordyn Brooks is cashing in on his career year in 2025. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Brooks, who was eligible for free agency next spring, agreed to a three-year, $51.3 million extension with the Miami Dolphins. The deal includes $35 million guaranteed. Brooks led the league with 183 combined tackles, which tied for the 10th-most in a single season since the NFL started tracking the stat in 1987. The Dolphins made it clear how much they valued Brooks when they kept him on the roster this late into the offseason.
