That apparently is the prevailing attitude in South Dakota where we seem to struggle more than most other places when it comes to technology. A recent data analysis by WellPCB tracked tech-related Google searches across all 50 states. The results revealed a big divide, with South Dakota ranking as the fifth most 'tech-frustrated' state in the nation. With 1,855 troubleshooting searches per 100,000 residents, a person in South Dakota is nearly six times more likely to Google a tech problem than someone in a major tech hub like Texas. 'Password/Account access issues', 'streaming/smart TV issues', 'storage/hard drive issues', and 'data recovery' all tied for fifth place (80.21 searches per 100k).
