Washington Township, N.J. — Two teenagers from Gloucester County are facing charges after police say they jumped from a moving stolen car and tried to outrun officers following an early Monday morning traffic stop in Washington Township. According to the Washington Township Police Department, one of its officers spotted a silver Hyundai racing southbound on Route 42 around 1 AM. As the Hyundai swung into the Raising Cane's parking lot on the Black Horse Pike, the officer initiated a traffic stop.
