Shreveport Police have arrested one suspect and are searching for another following an investigation into a theft that occurred back in February. During the investigation, detectives determined that Copeland allegedly stole the jewelry and that Arbuckle later sold the items to a pawn shop. Arbuckle was later located in the custody in DeSoto Parish for an unrelated crime.
