Shreveport Police have arrested a teenager in connection with a fatal shooting that happened last night at Hattie Perry Park. At around 7:00 p.m., SPD Officers responded to the park, on Ledbetter Street, after gunfire erupted during a large gathering. SPD Officers immediately canvassed the surrounding neighborhood and located Harp hiding under a nearby home.
