We are currently in a D1 (moderate drought) here in the F/M area:Things don’t look good for our AG community over the next week to 10 days as abnormally dry conditions are expected to continue. Here’s a look at rainfall over the next 10 days across the area from a few of our models:Most of the rainfall being concentrated into the central plains and Great lakes area. I believe models are trying to “overdo” the precip in our area, although, all it takes is ONE storm over our area in the summer to dump some brief heavy rain, but I don’t forsee a good soaking rain over our area.
