For many working mothers, balancing career ambitions, entrepreneurship, and family responsibilities can often feel like a full-time juggling act. The Working Mom Conference was created to remind women they don't have to navigate that journey alone. Founded by veteran, entrepreneur, and working mom Christa Bright, the conference was inspired by her own experience relocating to Maryland without a support system. Unlike traditional conferences, The Working Mom Conference is intentionally designed around the realities of motherhood. The Working Mom Conference takes place Saturday, August 8, at Boordy Vineyards in Baltimore.
