Cumberland, Maryland - Emma Jean White, known affectionately as "Jean," passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 89. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Hedrick; her second husband, Wayne A. White; and her stepson, Wayne Allen White. Jean is survived by her children, Ladonna (Kim) Seifarth, Holly (Juan) Arrisueno, Pamela (Billy) Rowley, Ginger Hedrick, Christa White and Sam (Amanda Paul) White. Honorary pallbearer will be her grandson, Darrin White Jr.
