He added: “In recent days I have been subjected to the vilest abuse on social media I have experienced in the two years since I’ve been the MP for Bromsgrove. “I make myself as accessible as possible on social media. I respond to comments and messages and I post about the work I’m doing and how I’ve voted in Parliament. “I’m your voice in Westminster and it’s only right you’re kept up-to-date with what I’m doing. “Please continue to challenge how I’ve voted and my views, but let’s do politics better and do so in a respectful way.
