Still, the warning extends across the Tahoe Basin, Reno, Carson City and Minden. “With the flash flooding threat, conditions can become extremely dangerous quickly,” the National Weather Service said in its forecast discussion. The National Weather Service said it will continue monitoring forecast trends over the coming days as models become more consistent.
