Bowling Green Police arrested three men who were reportedly intoxicated and passed out in public places last week. Both men reportedly had glassy eyes, slurred speech, smelled of alcohol, and had difficulty sitting on the bench. They were charged with disorderly conduct, being intoxicated and unable to care for themselves, and were taken to Wood County Jail. He reportedly had bloodshot and watery eyes, a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech. He was taken to Wood County Hospital for medical clearance, then to Wood County Jail.
