New York State PoliceA preliminary investigation determined that the bus was traveling from Schenectady to New York City with the driver and over 20 passengers on board, according to officials. Uninjured passengers were taken by bus to a reunification center established by the Ulster County Office of Emergency Management, officials said. During the emergency response and investigation, the left lanes in both the southbound and northbound directions were closed for several hours.
