In an attempt to permanently disable Start/Stop I disconnected the hood switch. This disables the start/stop. However I tested the Auxiliary battery and it shows needing replacement ,according to my battery tester. It's now about 3.5 years old. I'm wondering if anyone has simply disconnected or removed their auxiliary battery to disable start/stop. I'm thinking of doing that instead of the hood switch modification .
