As a youngster in this industry almost 50 years ago, I found out quickly that to learn fast you must watch, and when you are stuck, you must ask for help. Eighty percent of the time you are watching and asking questions or requesting help when needed. I am sure that can be the case occasionally, but high-quality leaders want you to succeed, and they don’t care if you need to ask for help. Enjoy what you do but find ways to learn more quickly and you will have the capacity to learn more.
