More Than A Bakery, Versaille, Ky., prides itself on a “we’re all family” mentality when it comes to how it treats its employees — or family members as they are referred to. With that in mind, the Quiggs wanted the bakery to be a welcoming environment for family members while also being food safe. “Every step a family member was going to take in the bakery was taken into consideration when we designed the bakery,” Felicia Quigg said. A heart-shaped pond welcomes visitors and family members as they drive onto the property. “Everyone complies with food safety,” Bill Quigg said.
