Included as defendants are Travis County DA Jose Garza and Williamson County DA Shawn Dick, both of whom are accused of malicious prosecution. On March 28th, 2019, Williamson County Deputies attempted to pull over Javier Ambler, after he reportedly failed to dim his headlights. Ambler would lead deputies on a chase that ended in Travis County. A camera crew from Live PD, a documentary style police show, was also on scene at the time of Ambler’s arrest.
