MUSKEGO, WIS. — Jackson’s, a producer of potato chips, has expanded its Muskego, Wis., facility. When the company opened the plant in the fall of 2021, it first operated out of a 50,000-square-foot working space. “Demand outpaced our projections, and we hit maximum production capacity sooner than expected, which made accelerating the opening of the new facility a necessity,” Jackson’s said. In addition to its Muskego facility, Jackson’s owns a 90,000-square-foot warehouse in Oak Creek, Wis., and will be taking occupancy of a new 207,000-square-foot packing and warehouse space soon, the company said.
