Costamp Group Expands Die Casting Expertise with New “Trimming Tool” Business UnitPress release | Reading time: min | Image source: CostampThe Italian Costamp Group continues to expand its capabilities in die casting by launching a new business unit, Trimming Tool, dedicated to the development and manufacturing of trimming and flash removal dies for High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) applications. The new division has been established in response to the growing complexity of modern die casting projects. The Trimming Tool business unit is located at Costamp's Bedizzole facility near Brescia, Italy. With the establishment of the Trimming Tool business unit, Costamp Group further strengthens its integrated project philosophy. Its portfolio includes simulation, engineering, prototyping, and the design and manufacture of tooling for High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC), gravity die casting, as well as in-house foundry services and plastic injection molding tools.
