PAUL, MINN. — Ecolab’s Ecolab CIP IQ was developed for food and beverage manufacturer’s “Clean-in-Place” (CIP) systems in their operations, which aims to reduce routine times spent running their CIPs. The program is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced digital technology that pairs new sensor data with advanced analytics to optimize wash execution and free up manufacturers innovation capacity. When manufacturers use the program, it may provide them with real-time visibility, exception alerting and AI-driven insights that may in turn improve efficiency, quality and sustainability, the company said. A module within Ecolab CIP IQ is Ecolab’s Precise Wash capability. This tool uses real-time soil load data from advanced sensors that help determine when active cleaning is complete.
