21—SANDPOINT, Idaho — The Lewis-Clark Bucs did on Sunday what the team decided to do at the beginning of the season — win American Legion baseball's Idaho B State Championship. The Bucs defeated the Orofino Merchants B 17-7 at War Memorial Park. Beckman said the Bucs players kept pushing to get better and that they saw the "fruits of their labor" by winning the state championship.
