Article contentI turned 60 recently, and I’m embarrassed to be writing this because it feels so vain. He started working out regularly a couple of years ago, eats healthy, and is in great shape. The problem is that when I look in the mirror, I don’t feel the same way about myself. I see someone who’s aged in ways I wasn’t expecting. Some days I barely recognize the person staring back, and it’s made me more self-conscious than I’d like to admit.
