Welsh rode United Pro Rodeo’s bull named Buck Cancer for 93.5 points. — Forty of the best bull riders in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association came to Cheyenne Frontier Days to compete in the Rank 45 Extreme Bulls, part of the 10-day western celebration’s Frontier Nights entertainment series.
