SARAJEVO, July 21 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto said on Monday that electric scooters must be regulated through the state Law on the Fundamentals of Traffic Safety, warning that their current lack of regulation is particularly problematic in a country with one of the highest traffic fatality rates in Europe.
