The Shreveport Police Department arrested a 34-year-old woman Saturday evening following an altercation outside an East Kings Highway business. The verbal argument quickly escalated, resulting in Lindsey allegedly striking the man in the head with a cellular phone. The victim transported himself to Willis-Knighton Pierremont Health Center for medical treatment. Stating that they saw that Lindsey initiated the physical conflict, and used the phone as a weapon against the victim. On her way to the specialized unit for testing, she allegedly maneuvered her handcuffs from behind her back, to the front of her body.
