Rosebank shares jump as it upgrades full year expectations Proactive uses images sourced from ShutterstockShares in Rosebank Industries PLC (AIM:ROSE) rose 8% to 322.4 pence after the turnaround specialist upgraded its full-year guidance following two recent acquisitions. The company, founded by Melrose veteran Simon Peckham to buy, improve and sell underperforming industrial businesses, said adjusted operating profit and earnings per share would beat consensus for 2026. The upgrade was driven by strong early progress at MW Components and CPM, acquired in May, alongside continued improvement at Electrical Components International. MW Components, a maker of fasteners, springs and precision parts, grew ahead of pre-acquisition expectations across all three of its businesses. Rosebank has moved quickly to cut costs, closing the unit's head office for annual savings of at least $15 million and announcing three factory closures.
