Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi launched two Note 17 series smartphones in China last week - the Redmi Note 17 and the Redmi Note 17 Pro. According to a tipster, the Redmi Note 17 will launch in India on August 6, with first sale slated for August 11. Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 (China)The tipster claimed that the Indian Redmi Note 17 will come with an OLED display, a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP selfie camera, and an 8,000 mAh battery. The rest of the specs for the Chinese Redmi Note 17 include the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, Android 16-based HyperOS 3, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
