The military band continued to play for months after his death, and the Glenn Miller Orchestra relaunched after the war as a tribute to his legacy. And, indeed, the current Glenn Miller Orchestra does, even though musicians change throughout the years, with some remaining in the lineup for more than 20 years and others just joining months ago.
