(Bloomberg) -- A group of lenders led by Citigroup Inc. is preparing a $1.5 billion leveraged loan to support Veritas Capital Fund Management LLC's acquisition of Canadian building management company BGIS, according to people with knowledge of the transaction. Most Read from BloombergA deal could launch in the syndicated loan market later this year, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private. Veritas agreed to buy BGIS from CCMP Capital Advisors and the Alberta Investment Management Corporation for an undisclosed amount, according to a press release published last week.
