Working alongside co-producer Jordan Elgie, Masego approached this album with a different kind of ambition—one rooted in emotional honesty, self-discovery, and artistic growth – crafting the 16-track Fix Your Face as his most cohesive album yet. Fix Your Face, Masego explains, is a phrase frequently used by mothers “when they expect their kids to immediately tighten up and stop the tears.” But for him right now, it also represents “my approach to life, no matter what comes at me. Rooted in his Jamaican heritage, Fix Your Face also draws from cultural lineage while connecting past and present. The album ultimately serves as both a reflection of where Masego comes from and a portrait of where he is headed. Masego will kick off his 40+ date Fix Your Face Tour — his first headline run in nearly three years – on August 4 in Dallas.
