Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff (Ga.) said Friday his party, if it takes control of both chambers of Congress after the midterms, will "rebuke" President Trump for the remainder of his term. "We won't just restore checks and balances for the next two years." Ossoff said the president was reairing his "grievances" about that race, which he lost to former President Biden. In order to flip the Senate, Democrats must retain the 47 seats they already hold and flip four seats held by Republicans. Ossoff's reelection bid against Collins is also in the Democratic lean column, according to the Cook Political Report.
