Mitchell Moses has dodged questions about Parramatta's acquisition of Jarome Luai at a frosty press conference, deferring discussion of his soon-to-be halves partner until next year. Jarome Luai will join the Eels after his dramatic exit from Wests Tigers. But Moses was unfazed by the moniker, implying Luai would be an asset no matter how long he stayed. "Every time you can get a player of this calibre and get him into the team - yeah, any day of the week," he said. "He (Cleary) copped a lot of abuse, which was unwarranted, and yeah, he's just put that to bed," Moses said.
