The alleged victim stated that the suspect had been in the backyard, but she believed he was gone. Spotloe asked Gibson if he had any identification and Gibson said he did not, the complaint states. After Spotloe called Gibson “Ricky” during the arrest, Gibson allegedly said, “Oh so you know who I am.” While obtaining the needles, Spotloe allegedly found two clear baggies containing a “white crystal-like substance” on Gibson’s person. The complaint states that the substance would later test positive for methamphetamine through field testing kits.
