Planning permission has been granted for a new Mary Brown's Chicken drive-thru at Balmoral Plaza, on Belfast's Boucher Road. Canadian fast food chain Mary Brown’s Chicken is set to open its third site in the north. Belfast City Council has granted planning permission for a new drive-thru outlet on the Boucher Road. The latest expansion involves a 2,500 sq ft restaurant on the car park at Balmoral Plaza, close to Windsor Park. Costa also operate an outlet on the Balmoral Plaza car park.
