(DIPR Photo)Dimapur, July 20 (MExN): Advisor for Airways and Railways, A Pongshi Phom, on Monday visited the Dimapur Railway Station and Dimapur Airport to review the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects and discuss issues requiring coordinated intervention for their development. During the visit, Phom chaired a review meeting at the railway station, focusing on the proposed Modern Railway Station under Phase-I, stated a DIPR report. Later, at the Dimapur Airport, the Advisor held a review meeting with Airports Authority of India (AAI) officials, including Airport Director Moa Pongen, to deliberate on the status of development and challenges affecting expansion. Addressing the officials, Phom stressed that since Nagaland has only one airport, the State Government and AAI must work in close coordination to resolve pending issues and expedite development.
