According to NinjaOne Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) vice president and country manager Geoff Davies, these pressures are driving greater interest in automation and platform consolidation.
This has led to faster customer onboarding, improved profitability, and more efficient service delivery in complex IT environments.
“We certainly see that there’s a real pressure point; … there’s a very genuine skill shortage overall in the marketplace,” Davies told RN in an interview.
“I think everybody’s trying to get to the same outcomes.”
Davies noted that 71 per cent of NinjaOne customers consolidate four or more tools onto the platform after adopting it; Tool sprawl is one of the most common challenges the company helps organisations address.
