The Shuswap Food Action Society says a documentary being screened next week focuses on restorative agriculture and its role in strengthening local food systems and building healthier communities. The society is inviting residents to a special showing of Groundswell on Wednesday, July 29, at 4:30 p.m. at the Log Building at 490 5th Ave. SW. SFAS said the documentary provides “a hopeful look at the future of food.” The film screening will be followed by a roundtable discussion and social, along with refreshments.
