Police in Penticton have arrested a man they believe is responsible for the death of a cyclist during the Okanagan GranFondo race last summer. Penticton RCMP spokesperson Const. Olivier Nelis said Jonathan Crant was arrested Monday and has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and two charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
