The victim's friend reportedly told police they heard Rogers yelling at Strouse and observed a significant amount of blood on her when they arrived. Roger was taken into custody on July 12th, 2026 and remains locked up in Schuylkill County Prison. Rogers remains incarcerated in Schuylkill County Prison after being unable to post $25,000 monetary bail. She also alleged Rogers struck her three to four times with a small tree branch, causing scratches and redness to her chest.According to police, the victim's friend, arrived to pick her up. As the victim attempted to get into the vehicle, Rogers allegedly grabbed her arm in an effort to stop her.
